As the name indicates - ePaints - are electronic paintings!
This does not mean, that they are made by computer but that they are made with help of a computer.
Instead of using a brush, the painter uses the electronical equivalent - the penmouse.
As colors the colors available on the screen and as tools the simulation of original brushes and
pens.
So the difference between a normal ink-drawing and an ePaint is that the artist is working manually, but
the result is created on virtual paper not real.
